During the pre-launch phase I will take the time to share some of my thoughts and visions of Roomr with you all and address some of the challenges hotels everywhere facesin today online market. I wrote an article earlier on the importance of understanding why the hotels of today, have to focus efforts on understanding the value of an efficient online presence and why its mission critical they provide real-time availability and rates.  The reason being without rooms available online when the consumers needs it, you are not going to sell anything all. Best case,  they will try to find the hotel on sites like Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, sites that charge a commission to the hotels or worst case, they will find alternative accommodation all together. One of the key components of the Roomr concept is to ensure maximum exposure of the hotel room availability and optimising rates, benefiting the consumer and increasing sales for the hotel properties. Rooms when you need it, at the best possible price… Isn’t that what all us consumers want, even the hotels?
